Lawie Sounds started in Nyeri with one rig and a reputation to build. Five hundred events later, the thing clients still tell us is that we made the room feel like something — the crowd stayed, the speeches were heard at the back, and nothing went quiet at the wrong moment.

Straight answers
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the room, the hours and the kit — a 60-guest garden ruracio is not a 900-guest corporate launch. Each service card above shows its entry price where we publish one. Send us the date and guest count and you'll have a real figure, not a range, within two hours.
Do I have to pay to enquire?
No. The quote is free and there's no deposit until you've seen the price and agreed to it. You'll get a reference number the moment you send the form so you can quote it when you call.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Nyeri and cover the Mount Kenya region routinely — Nyeri, Karatina, Nanyuki, Embu, Murang'a, Kerugoya. We also travel to Nairobi and further for larger events. Transport is quoted openly as a line item, never hidden in the total.
What if the power goes out?
We carry our own power distribution and backup for anything critical, and we bring spares of the equipment that would end a night if it failed. It's included in the planning, not an upsell.
How far ahead should I book?
For a Saturday in December or a wedding season weekend, as early as you can — those dates go first. Midweek and off-season we can often work with two or three weeks. Ask either way; if we're booked we'll tell you straight rather than string you along.
Can I book just one service?
Yes. Plenty of clients take only the sound, or only the LED screen, alongside their own suppliers. Tick exactly what you want above — the quote covers that and nothing else.
